Activity Ideas

Nephi Builds a Ship- Circle the tools that Nephi probably used. I bet you could think of a much cooler game to play with these. When you do, come share it in our Primary Facebook group or in the comments below.

Heavenly Father Commands Nephi to Build a Ship- Scripture figures to cut out and tell the story. You can make them into puppets and give some in your class a script to use to tell the story. 

Nephi- Poster (see these ideas for using posters in your lesson) 

Nephi Builds a Ship- Figures to cut out and color. Includes Nephi, Laman, Lemuel, and the ship.

Follow the Signs- Use these signs during your lesson as you talk about being obedient today.

Blessings Follow Obedience- Use these stick puppets to introduce the lesson, ending with Nephi. Then ask your class for examples about how he was obedient focusing on the building the ship story.
