3 Reasons Why You Need to Experience the Chiquita Banana Sing-Off

1.    Family Time

Any excuse to spend time with family is a good excuse and the Chiquita Banana Sing Off is a super fun excuse! You'll spend time together brainstorming, practicing, and finishing off the completed project. When you are done, enjoy watching the video with your family then send it to family far away so they can join in the fun too.

2.    Laughter and Learning

The Chiquita Banana challenge is sure to leave some laughter in your wake. Whether it’s laughing over an outtake or the moments in between, it’s just fun! Along the way you’ll also be teaching some great life lessons. Together you’ll learn teamwork, how to put together a great presentation, video editing, great brainstorming techniques, the art of compromise, and of course, you have to memorize the lyrics which are actually educational. There are two versions of the Chiquita Banana jingle. We decided to sing the original,

"I'm Chiquita banana and I've come to say - Bananas have to ripen in a certain way - When they are fleck'd with brown and have a golden hue - Bananas taste the best and are best for you - You can put them in a salad - You can put them in a pie-aye - Any way you want to eat them - It's impossible to beat them - But, bananas like the climate of the very, very tropical equator - So you should never put bananas in the refrigerator."
